The resort is located on a Private Island in the Baa Atoll, 120 km from Male International Airport. The island's dimensions are 350m x 60m, and the transfer takes 40 minutes by seaplane from Male International Airport.

The hotel offers 3 pools, a library, a gym, and a variety of beach sports, including diving. Other amenities include the option to call a doctor and hire a nanny (for an additional fee) and yacht rental.
For sports and entertainment, you can enjoy diving, water sports, parasailing, and beach volleyball.
As for dining, guests can savor their meals at the Beach House, either indoors or outdoors, in a luxurious or casual atmosphere, depending on their mood. The hotel staff will be delighted to organize a barbecue on the pool terrace, a beach party, or a themed evening (such as Bollywood, lobster feast, Maldivian fishermen's banquet, etc.). Guests can order food to their rooms at any time of day or night, smoke shisha, participate in poolside competitions, or simply spend a quiet evening, gazing at the starry sky.

The villa is located just a few steps away from the beach with soft, velvety sand. The villa consists of a large pool, an outdoor living room, and a luxurious master suite with ocean views from three sides. Another bedroom with a study is located separately. The other two bedrooms are also in separate pavilions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and outside, there are three outdoor showers. Maximum occupancy - 6 adults and 2 children.

The room offers stunning views of the beach, lagoon, and the biosphere reserve beyond. The rooms are located at the highest point of the island: on the second floor of the Beach House. The room has an outdoor shower with a sea view and a panoramic balcony. Between the two Mezzanine Suites is the Loft Lounge - a charming relaxation area with comfortable sofas, a billiard table, and magnificent views. Adjacent to the lounge is a room with sleeping arrangements for 4 children. This is an ideal solution for large families or groups of friends with children.

The water villa is located in the lagoon. The main bedroom is attached to a study/children's room, and the second bedroom, with a king-size bed, is in a separate pavilion. The living room opens onto an open terrace, where guests can enjoy a 17-meter pool, sun loungers, and hammocks. Steps lead down to the lagoon, where you can snorkel, swim with turtles, and admire colorful marine life. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is an outdoor shower. A separate bathtub is provided for guests. Maximum occupancy - 4 adults and 2 children.
