Six Senses Laamu

The Six Senses Laamu resort is located in a truly heavenly corner of the picturesque Olhuveli Island. Only environmentally friendly materials were used in the hotel's construction, and the design features the "eco-chic" style - minimalism with luxurious touches. Each villa boasts a spacious terrace with breathtaking ocean views.

The resort offers a water sports center where you can rent catamarans, equipment for windsurfing, surfing, and water skiing. Experienced instructors provide surfing lessons for both beginners and advanced athletes. Near the beach, close to the diving center, there is an excellent house reef. Lucky guests may spot sea turtles and mantas.

For honeymooners, the resort offers a special package that includes a wedding ceremony organization, a festive cake, traditional boduberu music, a romantic dinner, champagne, a sunset cruise, room decoration, a couples' spa treatment, and a wedding certificate.

The resort is located on Olhuveli Island, Laamu Atoll, 262 km from Male International Airport. The island's size is 750m x 250m. The transfer takes 35-50 minutes by domestic airline and then 15 minutes by speedboat.

Unique features of the resort include the largest team of marine biologists on the Maldivian islands, ready to share their knowledge with guests. 90% of the resort's infrastructure is built over water, including the main restaurant Longitude, Chill Lounge Bar, Japanese restaurant Zen, Altitude Cellar & Deli restaurant, Ice & Chocolate studio, reception, diving center, and boutique. The island also has its own garden and mini-farm.

For dining options, there are several restaurants and bars to choose from. Longitude is the main open-air restaurant offering Asian, Mediterranean, and local cuisine for breakfast and dinner. Leaf specializes in traditional Maldivian cuisine, using ingredients grown in the resort's own garden. Zen is a fusion Japanese restaurant on the upper terrace with ocean views. Altitude Cellar & Deli is a glass restaurant situated 6 meters above sea level, where guests can enjoy exquisite dishes and wines.
