Soneva Jani Maldives - "Jani" translates from Sanskrit as "wisdom." The resort features 59 villas: 51 overwater and 8 beachfront villas. Each overwater villa includes a slide and a retractable roof, allowing guests to stargaze. The resort offers a new wellness center with the Unlimited Spa program, an open-air cinema, and one of the largest kids' clubs in Southeast Asia - The Den.

In 2021, the resort's southern part unveiled a new project called Soneva Jani Chapter Two, featuring overwater and beachfront villas with the Soneva Unlimited program.
