The Nautilus Maldives is an exclusive boutique hotel located on the private island of Baa Atoll, which opened in 2019. The resort boasts a unique concept, designed by its owner – a Maldivian entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the hotel industry. Nautilus Maldives embodies his vision of what a luxury vacation should be. Exclusive service begins right at Male Airport, where you are escorted to the VIP terminal for passport control.

Nautilus Maldives is a place free from rules, schedules, and dress codes. You can have breakfast at any convenient time, whether in a comfortable bed, by the pool, or at the restaurant. The restaurant menu is just a starting point for further communication with the chef who will prepare your desired dish. At any time of day, you can visit the spa complex, rent a yacht, or engage in various water sports. You have the choice of complimentary yoga, meditation, and fitness sessions.

The Nautilus Maldives resort is located within a biosphere reserve and boasts an excellent house reef and numerous dive sites. It is situated on Tiladu Island, Baa Atoll, approximately 127 km from Male International Airport. The island measures 275m x 255m. The transfer takes 30 minutes by seaplane (only during daylight hours) or 20 minutes by domestic flight, followed by a 20-minute speedboat ride.

Important note: When accommodating children in Ocean category rooms, parents must sign a waiver form releasing the hotel from liability.

Attention: The resort will be temporarily closed for maintenance from June 1st to June 30th, 2023.

Room amenities include a private pool, air conditioning, a safe, a mini-bar, TV, tea/coffee facilities, a hairdryer, and Wi-Fi.

Hotel facilities consist of a spa center, a swimming pool, three restaurants, a bar/café, laundry services, and wedding ceremonies.

Dining options include:
1. Zeytoun - a restaurant located over the lagoon, offering breathtaking sunset views and featuring dishes from Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. Open for dinner.
2. Ocaso - a beachside restaurant offering Japanese, Mexican, and Peruvian dishes cooked on the grill. The restaurant boasts an excellent wine cellar with a wide selection of wines.
3. Thyme - a beachfront restaurant serving local and international cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
4. Naiboli - a poolside bar with a selection of drinks and snacks.
